Lot D is a wine with a very specific terroir, as all its organoleptic characteristics reflect the vineyard on a south-facing slope, with a lot of limestone. It is a tribute to the great Bairradinian wines of the past: light in color and alcohol content, but with enormous aging potential. Due to the great passion that Dirk and Daniel Niepoort have for this wine, every year this vineyard is harvested and vinified separately. This is another father and son creation, with a lot of character.
